Whether you are new to care or experienced you will find we tailor our training and support to suit your situation.

All Caregivers will normally undertake a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care and there are also opportunities to take higher level diplomas.

We run a comprehensive 5 day Induction Training Programme and Ongoing Development for all our Caregivers, covering:

Our training is provided by fully qualified expert trainers either in-house or by external professionals including County Council training departments, local colleges and universities, local hospices and other specialist training providers.

In all, we have 30 different courses that might be taken accordingly.
